POSITION | Director – Information Technology

Position Summary
The Director – Information Technology will provide strategic leadership for the University's digital ecosystem, ensuring that technology serves as a key enabler of academic excellence, operational efficiency, research, innovation, and an exceptional learner experience.
The role is responsible for planning, implementing, securing, and continuously improving the University's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, ERP,



cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, classroom technologies, digital learning platforms, and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence.
The Director will establish a technology roadmap aligned with the University's vision while ensuring high system availability, robust cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled transformation across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
Develop and execute the University's IT and Digital Transformation Strategy.
Align technology initiatives with institutional priorities and long-term growth.
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.
Establish technology governance frameworks and standards.

2. IT Infrastructure & Operations
Ensure reliable operation of campus-wide IT infrastructure.
