Job Description – Fast Formula Developer (OTL & Payroll)
Role: Quick Formula Developer – Oracle OTL & Payroll
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fast Formula development
Proven expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) formula development and configuration
Solid experience developing and customizing Payroll formulas (earnings, deductions, balances)
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing Fast Formulas for performance and accuracy
Good understanding of payroll processing cycles and time/attendance rules
Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a client-facing environment
