Job Introduction
The Senior Product Designer leads the design of complex and high-impact features across Tekion’s platform, ensuring scalable, intuitive,
and visually consistent user experiences. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver elegant, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate demonstrates robust product vision, systems thinking, and mentorship capabilities.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design of complex product areas from discovery to delivery, including user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems, product strategy, and success metrics
Facilitate and contribute to design critiques, cross-functional workshops, and ideation sessions
Drive improvements to design systems, accessibility, and UX quality across the product
Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and iterate based on feedback
