Roles & Responsibilities Qualifications & Competence
Assist in Technical submittals review, Kick-off Meetings, planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QC, Stores, Logistics, and Commissioning teams.
Track daily project progress and update status against planned completion dates.
Follow up & Review Drawings, BOQs, technical documents, revisions, and customer approvals.
Monitor project-wise material requirements, procurement status, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate/expedite with Stores and Production to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor production activities and identify delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
Prepare explicit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain project trackers with pending activities, responsible persons, and target dates.
Escalate project risks and delays in advance with suitable corrective or recovery actions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection records, test reports, and approvals.
Coordinate packing,
dispatch readiness, logistics, and customer clearance activities.
Support installation, commissioning, customer handover, and project close-out activities.
Assist in monitoring project costs, budget utilization, additional expenses, and cost variations.
Ensure timely follow-up, accurate reporting, proper documentation, and overall project coordination until final completion.
BTech-Mechanical Engineering
2+ year experience in Project/Production preferred.
