Roles & Responsibilities

ServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation

Design, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Qualified (SAM Pro) platform.
Configure software models, entitlements, normalization, reconciliation, and discovery.
Manage the end-to-end software asset lifecycle and optimize platform performance.

Publisher Pack Management

Configure and customize Publisher Packs for Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM licensing.
Manage Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Windows Server licensing.
Configure Oracle license reconciliation and Effective License Position (ELP) reporting.
Integrate IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) and manage PVU-based licensing.

Shopping Hub & Procurement Integration

Integrate Shopping Hub, Shopping Cart, and Service Catalog with SAM Pro.
