Job Title: PGT English Teacher

Location: Fazilka, Punjab
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PGT English Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in English language and literature, improving students’ communication skills, and fostering a love for reading and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English (Grammar, Literature, Writing, and Communication Skills) to middle and secondary classes
Plan and deliver effective lesson plans as per CBSE curriculum
Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
Encourage creative writing, debates, and language activities




Conduct regular tests and support students in exam preparation
Maintain student records and academic progress reports
Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in English (B.A./M.A. English)
B.Ed. (Mandatory)
1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
Experience with CBSE curriculum is an advantage
Required Skills:
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong classroom management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use contemporary teaching methods and digital tools
Creative and student-focused teaching approach
