Role Overview
We are seeking a Research & Analytics Manager to lead and scale our Mumbai-based Business Information & Analytics (BIA) team supporting a leading global investment bank.

This individual will oversee Financial Analysis and Research teams delivering high-quality, time-sensitive analytics and content directly to investment banking professionals. The role requires direct engagement with bankers, robust operational leadership, and the ability to elevate a newly established Center of Excellence (CoE) to global standards.

Beyond delivery oversight, the role is expected to drive continuous improvement in workflows, enhance how banker requests are executed, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and impact across the BIA function.

The Manager will operate in close partnership with both the client and BIA global leadership, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Global Director and will play a critical role in shaping delivery quality, team capability,



and workflow efficiency from the ground up.
