Key Responsibilities





Lead day-to-day social media operations across platforms.
Formulate, execute, and optimise social media strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
Handle link sharing, scheduled posts, and template-based publishing across platforms.
Conceptualise and implement special content ideas, interactive posts, and engagement-driven campaigns.
Manage and publish stories, reels, and short-form content to maximise reach and engagement.
Create, edit, and review captions to ensure consistency in tone and quality.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely content delivery.
Handle client requirements, ensuring deliverables are met accurately and within timelines.
Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and suggest improvements for growth.
Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and event-based activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
