Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Study Abroad Counselor. The role involves guiding students and families through the complete study abroad journey, from initial counseling and profile assessment to course, university, and country selection. The counselor will support applicants with documentation, application preparation, essay and statement of purpose review, and coordination with universities and partners.



Daily work includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, group information sessions, and follow-up calls or meetings to ensure timely progression of applications. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, staying updated on international education trends, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, and webinars.
Qualifications
Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations, assess profiles, and recommend suitable study abroad options.
The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of universities, academic programs, admission procedures, and student visa processes for the UK, Ireland, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
