Hubode is looking for a Female Community & Building Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming workplace, and help build a strong resident community. This role calls for a friendly, people-first leadership style with clear on-ground ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage resident queries and foster a positive community culture
Oversee day-to-day building operations
Coordinate vendors, repairs, and statutory compliance
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-managed
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues





Ideal Profile

2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Friendly, approachable, and emotionally intelligent
Able to multitask and handle real-time challenges

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation & Perks

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Full-time, in office role
Live-in position with a private, fully furnished AC room (ensuite bathroom)
