Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Interns to support Hubode’s growth across investment outreach, product/service sales, and partnerships.

This is an incentive-driven, high-impact role designed for individuals who enjoy conversations, relationship-building, and performance-based growth. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage leads for investment opportunities and Hubode products/services
Conduct calls,



meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients and investors
Present Hubode’s offerings confidently and clearly
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine growth strategies
Achieve defined business development targets
Maintain lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up discipline

Desired Profile

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to understand and explain offerings (training provided)
Organised, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets
Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields encouraged to apply

Salary & Job Details

⁠ ⁠Pay : ₹5,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Base stipend + uncapped performance-based incentives)
