About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader who can own performance marketing for BDO India Technology Solutions as a single, accountable system - not a set of disconnected campaigns.



You will run inbound and outbound demand gen as one integrated engine, build the bridge between digital intent and offline, field-led conversion, and give the executive team a transparent, trustworthy view of what marketing spend is actually producing.
This role owns the full stack - strategy, execution, martech, and attribution - across multiple product and solution lines. You are as comfortable configuring lead scoring and routing logic in the CRM as you are presenting a pipeline dashboard to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Own the entire performance marketing charter for BDO India Technology Solutions, by product & solution lines
Lead the demand gen system - Inbound & Outbound - as one integrated engine, not two disconnected motions
Build the Online-to-Offline (O2O) demand capture system, bridging digital intent signals into field/sales-led offline conversion
Build exec visibility into marketing performance - dashboards tying spend to pipeline and reve
