The Business Consultant is responsible for understanding client business processes, identifying operational challenges, recommending suitable software and business solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. The role serves as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Understand client business processes, operational challenges, and business objectives.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and perform business process analysis.
Recommend appropriate software and business solutions based on client requirements.
Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), solution documents, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Support implementation,



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and user adoption activities.
Provide functional consulting and recommend best practices for business process improvement.
Assist customers with process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of assigned consulting projects and project milestones.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries.
Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional consulting services.
Maintain complete project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company processes.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and business data.
