We are seeking a strong Java professional with hands-on project implementation experience who is ready to grow into a Project Lead / Implementation Lead role. You will bridge engineering and client expectations by combining technical depth with delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.



Formal project-management experience is desirable but not mandatory; success in this role will depend on solid Java fundamentals, practical implementation exposure, ownership, communication, and the ability to drive teams toward outcomes.

What You Bring

8-10 years of overall experience, with a strong foundation as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer.
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise applications or product solutions, with meaningful ownership across stages such as solutioning, development, integration, testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilisation.
Reasonable exposure to delivery ownership, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, product managers, and senior internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated cross-functional coordination across engineering, QA, DevOps, product, support, client technical teams, and third-party vendors.
