Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Solution Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team. The Sr. Solution Advisor will support the development and delivery of customer-focused, cost-effective, and cutting-edge supply chain solutions. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and success by supporting solution design, delivering insights, and assisting in the deployment of tailored Retail planning and optimization capabilities aligned to customer business needs.
The role requires deep expertise in Retail industry domain and SAAS Planning solutions, encompassing Merchandise Financial Planning, S&OP;, Assortment Planning, Demand Planning, Allocation & Replenishment Planning and Order management. Require Industry consultative selling skills to prescribe advanced SAAS solutions to specific business requirements, demonstrating how AI/ML enabled Retail Planning solutions will optimize financial plans, category assortments, channel inventory and provide real-time visibility. Must be fluent in connecting these solutions to operational KPIs, lead business process blueprinting workshops,



prescribe industry leading business practice process and deliver compelling demos that illustrate a unified strategy for reducing costs and improving service levels across Retail functions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering strategic insights and practical Blue Yonder solutions that meet business requirements.
Ability to present additional solutions to current customers to solve their business needs.
Participate in customer engagements, discovery workshops, and design sessions, documenting requirements and assisting in solution blueprinting.
Provide foundational subject matter expertise across supply chain planning & management, operations, and supporting technologies.
Assist with demos of Blue Yonder solutions using prepared business stories and data, including basic configuration or data load support.
