Job Title: MDM Quality Engineer / Test Engineer –
Role OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with experience in Master Data Management testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our MDM platform. You'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across data models, integrations, match & merge rules, workflows, and data quality processes — ensuring that master data is accurate, consistent,



and fit for business use.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for MDM implementations, including unit, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Validate Reltio data models, entity configurations, relationships, attributes, and reference data for accuracy and completeness.
Test match & merge rules, survivorship logic, and deduplication processes to ensure golden record quality meets business expectations.
Validate integration pipelines (batch and real-time) between Reltio and source/target systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs) for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Perform data quality testing — profiling, validation, and reconciliation — across source systems and the Reltio MDM hub.
Test Reltio workflows, business rules, stewardship processes, and exception handling scenarios.
