Roles & Responsibilities:
To plan and execute internal audit as per the annual audit plan ensuring targeted coverage To deliver quality audit reports within stipulated timelines
To identify system/ process improvements, cost reduction, revenue leakages, etc
To prepare audit report after discussion with functional head with action plan
To track implementation of audit recommendations
To demonstrable value addition by detecting financial irregularities or savings over a year
To guide the team on complex assignments
To onboard audit partners at right cost for outsourced assignments
Work Experience
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of internal audit processes
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
