Job Title: Delivery Lead

Qualification: MBA (Finance/Strategy) / CFA (USA) or equivalent
Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of demonstrable work experience (sound academic credentials and related work experience) of handling customer accounts independently

Have the ability to lead a team of 10-15 analysts
Possess superior report writing, communication and presentation skills
Have valuable understanding of accounts, financial statements, and valuation methodologies




Possess a strong eye for detail and ability to multitask
Be willing to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines
Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities, ability to drive initiatives and take difficult decisions.
Managerial Responsibilities:
To lead a part of investment banking support business operations for a growing team of analysts and associates
To train / educate new / junior team members on operation procedures and policies
Support recruitment by interviewing potential new team members
Business Development:
Actively participate in the overall strategy of the organization
Actively pursue business opportunities & establish relationships with global clients
Participate in deal pursuits, collateral preparation, and other business development activities
Operations:
Develop investment pro-forma & financial models; research & analyse financial data; develop financial & narrative reports & prepare com
