Position Name: Kenan Testing Engineer Position Status: Permanent Job Level: Junior to Middle Level Working Model: Work From Home (WFH) Job Location: Bengaluru, India Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Kenan Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Telecom Billing, particularly Kenan FX/BP. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in manual functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), billing validation, invoice testing, rating, and end-to-end telecom billing processes. Exposure to OSS/BSS and a strong understanding of the telecom billing lifecycle are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities - Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.

- Validate end-to-end telecom billing processes, including:
- Customer Creation
- Product and Service Activation
- Rating and Charging
- Bill Generation
- Invoice Validation
- Payments and Adjustments
- Collections
- Prepare and maintain Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Execution Reports.
- Execute manual test cases, document test results, and provide detailed test evidence.
- Perform SQL validations against Oracle databases.
- Validate billing calculations, charges, invoices, payments, adjustments, and collections.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Azure DevOps.




- Participate in requirement analysis and identify test requirements, scenarios, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with Development, Business, and Production Support teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support production verification and post-release validation activities.
- Ensure testing activities are completed according to project timelines and quality standards.

Mandatory

Skills and Qualifications - Hands-on experience in Telecom Billing Testing, preferably using Kenan FX/BP.

- Strong experience in manual functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong understanding of the telecom billing lifecycle.
- Experience validating:
- Rating and Charging
- Bill Generation
- Invoice Calculations and Validation
- Payments and Adjustments
- Collections
- Mandatory exposure to OSS/BSS systems.
- Experience preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.

- Experience logging, tracking, and retesting defects using Azure DevOps.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
