Role Description The Junior Trainer will support the design and delivery of training sessions focused on soft skills, communication, interview preparation, and basic professional competencies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves conducting classroom sessions, facilitating group activities, and guiding learners through mock interviews and resume reviews.

The Junior

Trainer will assist in creating training materials, tracking learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help participants improve. The role also includes collaborating with senior trainers to refine content, maintain training quality,



and ensure programs remain aligned with industry expectations.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver training on soft skills, communication, and professional behavior in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Capability to guide learners through resume building, interview preparation, and basic career readiness activities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Tamil; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training batches and schedules.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (e.g., LMS, MS Office, presentation software, online learning platforms).
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is preferred but not mandatory for motivated entry-level candidates.
- Degree in any discipline; education in HR, Education, Psychology, or Communication is a plus.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of learners and colleagues.
