Role Description The Junior Signage Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali. This role involves assisting with the design of signage and wayfinding solutions, including developing layouts, selecting materials, and preparing design files for production. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior designers, creating mockups and visual concepts, updating design revisions, and ensuring brand guidelines and client requirements are met.

Designer will collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and ready for fabrication. The role also includes basic client communication support, maintaining organized project files,



and staying updated on design trends and signage best practices. Qualifications

Foundational skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color theory, preferably with experience in signage or environmental graphics.

Work experience of 1 year to 1.5 years.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools used for creating production-ready artwork.

Ability to interpret client briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate concepts into transparent visual designs for signage and wayfinding.

Strong attention to detail for preparing accurate files, checking measurements, and ensuring designs are suitable for fabrication and installation.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, production teams, and supervisors in an on-site setting.

Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain project documentation.

Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field; internship or entry-level experience in signage or design is an advantage.

Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow into more complex design responsibilities within the studio.
