Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP EWM Consultant with hands-on experience or exposure to support projects in SAP Extended Warehouse

Management (EWM). The role involves working on incident resolution, system monitoring, and assisting in continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide L1/L2 support for SAP EWM issues and incidents

 Monitor daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth system performance

 Analyze And Resolve Issues Related To

- Inbound & Outbound processes
- Picking, Packing, Putaway
- RF transactions and warehouse tasks

 Work on ticketing tools (like ServiceNow / JIRA) for incident and change requests  Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution

 Perform root cause analysis and document solutions

 Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing)

 Assist in minor enhancements and configuration changes

Required Skills  Basic understanding of SAP EWM processes

 Experience in support environment (AMS / production support)

 Knowledge of warehouse processes (GR, GI, stock transfer, etc.)

 Familiarity with incident management tools

 Positive analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong communication skills
