- Documentation and reporting to the marketing department.
- Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage.
- The candidate should be self-starter and should have good market knowledge.
- Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
- Computer knowledge regarding mail writing, excel, word.
- Work with products & marketing team to improve customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile The candidate should be positive in communication skill, 3+ Years experience in packaging industry preferably Cartons/ Flexibles packaging.
