Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with courier partners, monitoring shipment movement, ensuring timely order fulfillment, resolving delivery-related issues, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working with logistics platforms, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.

- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve delivery delays, RTOs (Return to Origin), and exceptions.
- Track logistics performance, including pickup success rate, delivery TAT, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Manage shipment creation, AWB generation, manifest preparation, and courier allocation through ERP/shipping platforms.
- Analyze courier performance and recommend improvements to optimize cost and service levels.




- Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports and dashboards.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of courier invoices, shipment records, and logistics-related documentation.
- Coordinate with courier account managers to resolve operational issues and service escalations.
- Maintain and update logistics data in ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Support logistics process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, or supply chain.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.
