- Dangs Lab (DDL), one of Delhi's leading NABL-accredited (ISO 15189) diagnostic laboratories, is hiring a Junior Physician in Client Operations.

- This role reports directly to the Senior Physician Client Operations, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dr.

- Dangs Lab and spans patient operations, interdepartmental coordination, physician and B2B engagement, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

- Manage patient callout workflows, follow-up tracking, and complaint resolution Gather structured clinical history from patients to support accurate diagnostic reporting

- Handle report discordance cases across immunoassay, biochemistry, endocrinology, histopathology, hematology, microbiology, specialized serology, and general diagnostics Liaise with laboratory departments (immunoassay, biochemistry, endocrinology,



histopathology, hematology, microbiology, specialized serology) for reporting accuracy and TAT compliance Prepare physician education materials and support B2B client communication Draft domain-specific healthcare content for digital platforms (articles, explainers, test descriptions)

- Support Search Engine Optimization strategy: keyword mapping, metadata, long-form content Assist with Social Media Marketing: content calendars, platform-specific copy, performance review Support current diagnostic service development: panel design, diagnostic service research and gap analysis, programme briefs
