Role: Handle HR end-to-end: hiring, ops, and team support, while pitching in on general ops when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews; manage onboarding
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Be the go-to point of contact for employee queries
- Support team leads with feedback and performance tracking
- Plan engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Jump into general ops tasks (e.g., logistics coordination) as needed
