Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures and marketing materials.

- Create logos, brand identity elements, and other visual assets as per client requirements.

- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into impactful designs.

- Prepare print-ready and digital artwork with proper dimensions and resolution.

- Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and branding guidelines.

- Edit and revise designs based on client and internal team feedback.

- Collaborate with website developers, content writers, SEO specialists, and digital marketers.

- Organize design files and deliver projects within deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

- Basic understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Good knowledge of designing for both digital and print media.

- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Canva AI, or similar tools for generating creative concepts, images, and design assets.





- Ability to create visually appealing and brand-focused designs.

- Basic photo editing and image manipulation skills.

- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Certification or professional training in Graphic Designing is preferred.

- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).

- Candidate should preferably reside on Mumbai Central Railway Line (CST to Thane) for convenient commuting.
