We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our small team and help shape how House of Solid looks across ads, social media and our website.

About the role:

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll work on a focused mix of digital design projects for the brand.

Your main work will involve creating ad creatives, social media content and website graphics. You’ll also help with product launches, campaigns and day-to-day brand content.

You’ll be working with a small team, so communication and collaboration matter. At the same time, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their tasks, work independently when needed and bring their own ideas to the table.

We move quickly, but we also believe in clear priorities, realistic timelines and giving people the space to do good work.

What you'll mostly be working on:

- Ads and campaign creatives
- Instagram posts, stories, carousels and Reel covers
- Website banners and promotional graphics
- Adapting existing designs into different sizes and formats
- Exploring new creative ideas and visual directions
- Keeping the brand’s visual style consistent across platforms

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have 0–2 years of graphic-design experience
- Have a strong eye for layout, typography, colour and composition
- Can create clean, modern and engaging digital content
- Understand what works across ads, social media and websites
- Can take a brief and turn it into a finished design

- Can adapt when priorities change
- Work well independently and as part of a small team
- Are curious about new technology and better ways of working
- Take responsibility for your tasks and communicate clearly
- Have a portfolio that shows your design sense and creative thinking

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We care more about your portfolio, ideas, curiosity and willingness to learn than the number of years on your CV. It’s a plus if you:

- Can edit short-form videos, Reels or ad content
- Are up to date with the latest AI tools and can work with them
- Have worked with an e-commerce, lifestyle or product-based brand
- Understand what makes an ad creative clear and engaging

Work setup: The first two months will be work from home. After that, the role will move to full-time on-site work at our office in Kochi.

You should either be based in Kochi or be willing to relocate and commute once the in office period begins.

The role includes a three-month probation period, followed by a performance and compensation review.
