KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and assess customer care and collection calls for adherence to standards.

- Offer actionable feedback to agents on performance and call quality.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data; generate regular KPI reports.

- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in call evaluation.

REQUIREMENTS

- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Hindi & Kannada.

- 1 Months–1 year of experience in Quality Analyst, QC, or Call Auditing roles.

Pay: ₹17,451.78 - ₹20,414.07 per month
