PRIME FUNCTION To ensure implementation and maintenance of Workplace, Health & Safety systems in the organization by complying with statutory requirements, company safety standards, and safe work practices to achieve an accident-free and environmentally sustainable workplace.
/ Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures and safe operating practices.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate health checkups and medical surveillance programs.
- Monitor workplace exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and ergonomic hazards.
- Conduct awareness programs on occupational health and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and pollution control norms.
- Monitor waste management, hazardous waste handling, and disposal activities.
- Conduct EHS induction and periodic safety training for employees and contractors.
- Organize mock drills, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
AUTHORITY
- Authority to conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Authority to recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified hazards.
- Authority to coordinate emergency response and evacuation during emergencies.

Qualification
- BE/Diploma/B.
Tech or any relevant field
Experience
- 2–4 years (Preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing)
Technical Knowledge

- Compliance & Regulatory Standards
