Job Title: Junior Data Operator

Employment Type: Permanent

Mahanadi Steel and Iron Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Junior Data Entry Operator , to provide administrative and operational support by maintaining records, coordinating communication, tracking work progress, and ensuring smooth information flow among all branches and departments of the company.

Key responsibilities:

- Accuracy and organization of records.
- Timely communication of important emails.
- Effective follow-up of pending tasks.
- Coordination efficiency among branches and departments.
- Verify and validate data entered
- Create data summary and data validation reports & Timely submission the reports.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Inputting data from source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Professional conduct, punctuality, and reliability.

Skills:

- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.




- Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data management and data cleaning techniques.
- Experience with data entry in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
