Responsibilities:-

· Having 02-03 year experience of managing the projects like Watershed, Sanitation, Hygiene

· Ability and willingness to travel and doing time bound work

· Implementation work which includes site construction, Technical feasibility & recruiting labour through community consultation & issue of must-rolls, wage calculation and ensure timely payment.

· Arranging Training & Meetings of villagers as & when required.

· Responsible for budget preparation its utilization and overall project reporting with its close monitoring.
