? Position Details

Position: Junior Billing Engineer

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Department: Projects – Contracts & Billing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA

What You'll Do

As a Junior Billing Engineer, you will:

✅ Verify contractor RA Bills, Progressive Bills (PI) and Technical Bills (TI)

✅ Prepare and review BOQs, Measurement Sheets and quantity take-offs

✅ Perform rate analysis and prepare comparative statements

✅ Draft Work Orders, Contracts and Amendment Work Orders

✅ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal project teams

✅ Verify extra item claims and ensure proper documentation

✅ Process contractor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments

✅ Assist in final bill reconciliation and contractor settlements

✅ Maintain billing records, MIS reports and contract documentation

✅ Ensure billing activities comply with contractual terms,



company standards and project timelines

What We're Looking For

Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

- 1–3 years in Billing Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contracts or Commercial Billing
- Experience in residential real estate projects will be an added advantage
