Role Description The Junior Architect will work in office in Chennai in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and execution of interior and architectural projects.

Responsibilities include assisting in architectural design development, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with senior architects, designers, and project managers. The role involves contributing to space planning, material selection, and detailing, as well as supporting documentation for approvals and execution.

The Junior

Architect will also attend site visits, participate in client and vendor meetings,



and help ensure that design solutions align with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.

Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow optimization.

Knowledge of Project Management principles, including planning, coordination, and tracking of project tasks.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Effective communication skills for interaction with project teams, clients, and vendors.

Interest in interior fit-out and manufacturing processes; prior internship or project experience in interiors is an advantage.
