Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial transactions, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Typical responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing statutory filings, and supporting management with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.

- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.

- Prepare and maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, and Ledger.

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

- Generate GST invoices, E-way Bills, and E-invoices (where applicable).

- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

- Deduct and deposit TDS and prepare TDS returns.

- Process employee salaries, PF, ESI,



and payroll records.

- Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
