We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, recording transactions, bank reconciliation, and assisting the senior accounts team.
Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Maintain proper records of purchase, sales, expenses, and receipts. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work. Prepare basic financial statements and accounting reports. Maintain cash book and petty cash records. Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents. Assist senior accountants during monthly and annual closing. Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation. Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial and billing matters. Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
