We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Junior Accountant who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1.

Financial

Accounting - Maintain accounts, ledger, books and financial records/entries.

- Sales &
- Purchase Accounting - sales invoices, purchase invoices, vendor bills 3.

Accounts

Receivable (Collections) - Monitor outstanding payments.

- GST, TDS &
- Statutory Compliance – prepare document for filing returns 6.

Daily

Bank &

- Cash Management 7.

Payroll

Support and employee reimbursement support 8. Inventory &

- Stock Accounting - Prepare stock reports, Stock transfers,



stock verification, school-wise stock records.
- School-wise Financial Tracking - school-wise billing records, equipment, books, lab materials, and consumables supplied to schools.
- MIS &
- Reporting – Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Expense Report Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles. Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS. Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas). Familiarity with accounting software Preferred Candidate Honest and trustworthy. Organized and disciplined. Quick learner.
