Job Title: Liaisoning Architect – Approvals & Redevelopment

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Architect to handle government approvals, authority coordination, and regulatory compliance for redevelopment and current development projects. The role involves close interaction with municipal authorities and ensuring smooth and timely project approvals.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Authority Liaisoning & Approvals

- Coordinate with government authorities such as:
- Municipal Corporations (NMMC, PMC, MCGM)
- CIDCO
- Town Planning Authorities
- Handle submission and follow-up for:
- IOD (Intimation of Disapproval)
- CC (Commencement Certificate)
- OC (Occupation Certificate)
- Liaise for approvals related to fire, environment, water, drainage, and other NOCs
- Regular follow-ups to ensure timely approvals

2. Redevelopment Project Coordination

- Handle approvals for CHS redevelopment projects
- Coordinate with PMC, legal team, and developers
- Assist in documentation for:
- Feasibility approvals
- Layout approvals
- Amalgamation / subdivision proposals
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR / DCPR regulations

3. Documentation & Submission Work

- Prepare and submit drawings and documents required for approvals
- Coordinate with design architects for submission drawings




- Maintain checklist of approval stages and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions

4. Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to:
- Development Control Regulations (DCPR / UDCPR)
- RERA guidelines
- Local authority norms
- Keep updated with changes in approval processes and policies

5. Site & Authority Coordination

- Attend meetings with government officials
- Visit sites for inspections and compliance verification
- Handle queries raised by authorities and provide clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Approval processes in MMR region
- NMMC / MCGM / CIDCO procedures
- UDCPR / DCPR regulations
- Experience in liaisoning and approval handling
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and documentation process

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–5 years of experience in liaisoning/approvals
- Experience in redevelopment projects preferred
- Strong network with local authorities (added advantage)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
- Willing to travel for site visits and authority meetings
