About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as Trainee Mechanical Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Purchase, Quality Control, and Project Management within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase
- Assist in vendor development and supplier coordination.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Projects
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
- Track project progress and prepare project documentation.
- Assist in material planning and project reporting.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Understanding of quality tools and manufacturing processes.
- Basic ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
