Cokonet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP/Prime or similar).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
