About the Role

DAKSHAHIRE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen the company's digital presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, building customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives across recruitment, training, real estate, and other business verticals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead sources.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Support client acquisition, corporate partnerships, and business expansion activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage paid and organic marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Conduct SEO, SEM, and website optimization activities.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and online reputation.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.




- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute branding and promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain CRM records and marketing databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and CRM software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online lead generation tools.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar software will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,223.79 - ₹30,054.99 per month
