We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business System Analyst who can understand business challenges, improve operational processes, and implement technology-driven solutions.
The selected candidate will work closely with departments such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline workflows and enhance business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Support ERP development, customization, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of in-house applications and business tools.
- Automate operational workflows to reduce manual work and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage website updates, feature enhancements, system integrations, and user support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, system development, or process automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and process-mapping skills.
- Positive understanding of ERP workflows, APIs, databases, and software development processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of Odoo, SQL, Python, low-code tools, AI tools, or website technologies will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, sales, finance, or operational systems will be preferred.
