We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the accounts team in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Record daily transactions and update accounting software
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Assist in GST filing and compliance activities
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
- Support monthly and year-end closing processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
- Experience: Fresher
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles




- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
- Experience in retail / hardware / IT industry (added advantage)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
