Role Description The Jobs@ Department of Aerospace Engineering, RUAS position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting academic and administrative activities within the department, including coordination of teaching schedules, assisting with laboratory and classroom logistics, and facilitating communication between faculty, students, and administrative units.

Daily responsibilities may include managing documentation and records, helping organize seminars, workshops, and industry interactions,



and contributing to outreach and departmental initiatives. The role also requires collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure smooth academic operations and providing timely support for departmental projects and events.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle academic and administrative workflows effectively.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft emails, reports, and notices clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with office productivity software and basic data management tools for record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, management, or a related discipline; exposure to aerospace or technical education environments is an advantage.
- Interest in higher education, research culture, and continuous improvement of academic processes.
