About the role

This position is within our EVSE Engineering group, where you will work in a
small team to develop Electro-Mechanical Products for the new Enphase IQ EVSE
product line, a series of smart EV Charging products which will integrate with
energy generation,



energy storage and energy management products to enable a
whole new facet of the Clean Energy revolution.
This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in structural design,
electro-mechanical product development for outdoor applications, DFMEA analysis,
and product validation. You will work closely with thermal, electrical hardware,
sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure the product meets
performance, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, compliance, and
cost targets — delivering production-ready designs from concept through
deployment.

You will be responsible for problem-solving on new product development,
identifying and resolving root causes of field failures and implementing
effective cost reduction opportunities.

What you will do:

* Develop electro-mechanical products for outdoor applications that meet
various Ingress Protection (IP) ratings.
