The Opportunity
The Opportunity:
Own the brand positioning of the Avantor diagnostics portfolio across various customer segments in the country, including Biochemistry, Electrolyte, and Immunology product lines. Drive portfolio management through optimization of slow-moving/non-moving products and introduction of high-margin, high-potential products based on market intelligence. This includes new business development, analyzing business growth, profitability, sales trends, and disease area-focused market development.
Drive market development and market penetration initiatives, increase share of business within key accounts, and support localization of products to protect margins and accelerate sales growth.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 8-12 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Biotechnology/Life Sciences, with an MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
Solid subject matter expertise in Immunology, along with business acumen and strategy development capabilities within the diagnostics industry.
Demonstrates analytical and logical thinking, a results-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP.
Experience in Sales, Product Management, Application Support, or Marketing in a company dealing with Clinical Diagnostics products.
Experience in marketing strategy, product launch planning, and portfolio management.
Demonstrates integrity, collaboration, communication and influencing skills, and the ability to make sound business decisions.
