We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives in an agency setting, someone who can balance rigour with speed, insight with action, and collaboration with independence.

Your Mission

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead research efforts across client engagements and help teams uncover deep user insights and translate them into confident product decisions.

You will work closely with UX, UI, marketing, and sales teams to ensure research actively shapes design direction and business outcomes, rather than living only in reports.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will execute research, guide thinking,



and elevate research maturity across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end UX research across client projects

Scope research plans based on business goals, timelines, and constraints
Conduct qualitative research including in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, field studies, usability testing, and evaluative research
Design and execute remote and in-person studies, including surveys and mixed-method research where relevant
Analyse and synthesise complex qualitative data into actionable insights and opportunity areas
Create compelling research outputs such as insight reports, personas, journey maps, frameworks, and client-ready presentations

Collaborative Impact & Leadership

Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to ensure research informs design decisions
Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen customer understanding and positioning
