? Key Responsibilities:
? Drive a solid analytical approach using HR data dashboards
?️ Ensure uniform data visibility across SAP, Zoho People, and internal HR dashboards
? Integrate HR systems with business tools for better decision-making
⚙️ Ensure effective implementation of HR digital tools across HR functions
⚙️ Support HR projects, policy rollouts, and process automation initiatives
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ Hands-on experience in SAP HR module
✔️ Familiarity with Zoho applications (Zoho People preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ?
✔️ Good analytical & data management skills
✔️ High attention to detail
