Role Summary

The Lead Business Systems Analyst (Process Automation) is responsible for
driving the adoption, delivery, support, and governance of the company’s no-code
and low-code application development and business process automation platforms.
This role serves as the primary bridge between business teams and IT, enabling




scalable automation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring solid
governance, security, and value realization across the enterprise automation
portfolio. It will partner with the business to use platforms like Microsoft
Power Platform as well as RPA, IDP, AI, and other automation technologies to
reduce manual processes and improve business outcomes. This role combines
solution design with vendor management, training, portfolio governance, and
strategic planning to align the right automation technologies with the right
business problems.

This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and will report to the Senior
Manager of Automation & Governance within our IT Enterprise Applications team.
