The IAM Engineer will support day-to-day Identity Access Management operations, focusing on Okta, Azure AD, MFA, and SSO. The role is responsible for user lifecycle management, access provisioning, application integrations, access reviews, and operational reporting while meeting defined SLAs.

What You'll Do:
IAM Operations Support
Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes using the customer's HRMS as the single source of truth.
Manage approximately 300 IAM tickets per month across P1–P4 priority levels while adhering to defined SLA commitments.
Perform Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and Okta administration, including:
User management
Group management
Role assignments
Policy administration
Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for enterprise applications.
Provide integration support for business applications and IT infrastructure.
Access Governance Support
Support and execute User Access Review (UAR) campaigns.
Manage quarterly access review cycles:
HiTrust Scope: Complete reviews within 60 days.
SOX Scope: Complete reviews within 90 days.
Assist with:
Access remediation activities
Certification follow-ups
Audit evidence collection and documentation
Reporting & Documentation
Develop, maintain, and update IAM operational runbooks and procedures.
Prepare and publish:
Monthly Access Management Reports
Monthly reports identifying users without MFA or operating under risk acceptance
Support half-yearly compliance reporting related to access reviews and governance activities.
Legacy Platform Support
Provide operational support for Hitachi ID until its planned decommissioning.
Ensure continuity of existing services and maintain support within agreed operational scope and business hours.
